Tropic Knits LTD
At Tropic Knits, I worked as a graphic designer. I was creating prints for t-shirts which were then sold to brands such as Asos. Working in a company such as Tropic Knits was fulfilling as it was the first time I experienced working in a room with other print designers. I have learned a lot of new technics on the Adobe programs, pushed my boundaries, and created types of prints that I was not used to before. This experience was great as I deeply love learning new things when digitally making patterns.
Responsibilities:
Trend research/ Conceptualisation of themes/ Creation of mood boards/ Design of the print/ Choice of materials/ Creation of technical drawings/ Creation of technical sheets/ Quality control of the samples.
MANOA OCEANWEAR
Co-founded in 2018 in Mauritius.
Manoa Oceanwear had its own line of clothing featuring exclusif prints. We were also collaborating with Mauritian artists who designed one capsule collection every year.
At Manoa, I was the creative director, co-founder and designer.

Print design for Aima Dora
I worked as a print design freelancer for the swimwear brand Aima Dora. Working as a freelancer was challenging as I had to adapt to the client’s wants. Most of the time, we had different styles and tastes. However, forcing myself to adapt helped me push my boundaries, try new things, and understand what I like and don’t like.
Responsibilities:
Design of the all other print/ Quality control of the samples.
